We are now open!! We reopened our doors on Monday 12th April and have been strictly by appointment only. This allows time and to manage flow of people through our store as well as time to steam, and to disinfect surfaces and changing room facilities between parties. If you need us we're always available over email and through our social media channels, as well as by phone during business opening hours, so if you want to chat to us about anything then please do get in touch!

If you have an order placed with us and need it sooner rather than later please let us know as soon as possible.

​

During your visit we ask that you keep your party to you, plus two. This is to allow for social distancing in our shop and to allow you to have a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Please can all members of your party wear a mask for the duration of your appointment with us and please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of coronavirus or are feeling unwell. If you need to amend your appointment for any reason just let us know with as much notice as possible.

We have a large number of dresses available to purchase and by forward order, and we still have time to have many of our collections made in time for summer proms that are going ahead. If you have a prom date that is before 18th June then please let your prom consultant know and they will direct you to the styles that are available in time for you. We have many beautiful designs from a number of worldwide leading designers.

Bridal lead times are unaffected and your bridal consultant can work with you for made-to-order designs as well as a range that is available to take away the same day if you require a faster service, due to rescheduled wedding plans. We are so happy that #loveisnotcancelled and everything that will allow you to celebrate your perfect day is returning! If anything we hope it just makes it even more special. We can't wait to be there for you in those first stages of plans and choosing your perfect dress.
